The cost for obituaries is $7.85 per column inch. Accompanying photos are an additional $15 each. Any color photos require one additional $32 color charge. All obituaries are edited to conform to Associated Press style. All obituaries require verification from a funeral 大福彩票网, so funeral 大福彩票网 name and phone number are required. If funeral 大福彩票网 information is not available, a death certificate is required.

William Julian (Bill) O’Connor

William Julian (Bill) O’Connor was born to the late John O’Connor and Gertrude Mary (Zabrocki) on Sept. 22, 1953, in Livingston, Montana. Bill passed away at the age of 66 on April 27, 大福彩票网, at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital in Bozeman, Montana, after contracting the coronavirus. 

Patricia M. Waldrip

Patricia M. Waldrip, 82, previously of Livingston, Montana and most recently residing at Ladow Court Assisted Living in Garfield, Washington, passed away on May 8, 大福彩票网 at the Whitman Health and Rehab Center in Colfax, Washington.

Patricia was born on Aug. 29, 1937 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Clyde and Virginia (Eckmann) Haps. She attended the East St. Louis schools and graduated from the East St. Louis High School.  

William Edward ‘Bill’ Belderrain

William Edward “Bill” Belderrain, 91, of Livingston, Montana passed away on Thursday, April 9, 大福彩票网. Cremation has taken place and a formal service is not planned at this time.

Bill was born on Dec. 2, 1928 in LaGrange, California. He was the only son of Eddie and Emma (Celle) Belderrain. He attended and graduated high school in Oakdale, California. He attended Modesto Jr. College and then enlisted in the Army. He was united in marriage to Betty Jane Gray on Jan. 23, 1948 in Modesto, California.

Elk River Books to hold a virtual book discussion featuring Toby Thompson

Essayist and educator, Toby Thompson is returning with his new collection, “Fired On: Targeting Western American Art,” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 11 with a live-streaming reading and discussion on Elk River Books’ Facebook page. 

The third in a trilogy of collected nonfiction, personal essays and profiles, “Fired On” joins Thompson’s “Riding the Rough String” and “Metroliner” in charting his long and varied career in American letters.

Livingston P.E.O. Chapter announces scholarship awardees

P.E.O. Chapter BW has announced that they have awarded 2 college scholarships to Park County students for the fall 大福彩票网 school year. 

Brianna Pitman, from Park High School will receive a $2,500 scholarship to attend Union University in Jackson, Tennessee to study Elementary Education. Joleen Frost, also from Park High School will receive a $1,500 scholarship to attend Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas to study Animal Science.
